Would be nice to have 8X play back speed, the whole app is very confusing to me.

Like the desktop app, this app is riddled with bugs and every update introduces new bugs. It's like the dev has never heard of testing and is using the push and pray method of software development. Might be worth a try if it were free, but definitely not worth paying for.

Rolls Canardly

The app never connects to server. Money wasted.

Brian Guzman

I like it. The notifications work well, and that was the most important to me. After the last update the playbacks have also drastically improved.

If you can't get it to login, try this. Check the IP address is correct, because the QR. code may have an incorrect embedded IP address. Also, make sure to put :81 on the end for the port. Its port 81 and http by default. Finally, make sure to configure a new user for the remote access on your server and click ok to commit the config. Finally, check to make sure that your windows firewall is configured to allow the traffic. Dev - please update your help file.

This is a rollercoaster of an app. V2 was ok. V3 made some improvements (it fixed a problem where flipping between apps meant have to shut down this app otherwise streaming would fail). I could live with the terrible UI if the application just did what it was supposed to but every release seems to bring problems. UPDATE: March 2022 and it now freezes for a while on launch then refuses to let me see events at all as it simply locks up when tapping the event list icon.

Edit march 2022: much more stable. I would and have recommended BlueIris to my friends now. Edit March 24th 2021: I am still having to constantly reconnect 2 or 3 times. VERY ANNOYING PLEASE FIX ---------------------------------------------------- I started off with 2 stars but every update squashes more and more bugs. Videos still occassionally do not load, must back out and retry sometimes 2 or 3 times. It was worst a couple weeks ago but not it happens less now but still needs to be fixed.

March 2022 update rendered app unusable on pixel 4xl phone.

Willy Good

Latest update STILL doesn't fix the months old problem of black video with audio. Used to be a great app, now its pretty useless.

Pete Buckley-Thomson

The app does function, but overall I wouldn't say it's a very good app. Not optimized well for the phone. Lacks features, has extra clicks to login when you start it every time. Definitely could use a lot of improvement.
